There are always questions….
….and I’ve answered as many as I can think of at the moment. Odds are, there will be more, so this page is a work in progress.
It’s purpose is to help you feel confident in your purchase and trust in who I am. If your question isn’t answered satisfactory, please reach out and contact me. I’m delighted to connect with you.

It takes 1-3 working days to print and package a Giclee print and 6-10 days to deliver it in the US and Canada.
-
A Giclée print is a professional, gallery-grade fine-art print made using archival pigment-ink printing onto heavyweight archival art paper.
-
Hahnemühle German Etching — This paper is a heavyweight paper with a slightly warm base and strong mottled texture. It gives a handmade, crafted feel to the print.

Yes! At this point in time, they are all available, though some may be in a show and committed to that location for a set time. They are all framed and ready to hang. Please contact me about the painting that you are interested in.

Check out my commissions page. I have the step-by-step procedure written out there.
I create both traditional media commissions as well as digital media and you can see examples on that page. At the bottom, there is a form to contact me.
Or, just feel free to email me. We can go from there.

At this point in time, I do not offer framing options for the Giclee prints. However, I can have a commission framed for you if you wish and all my original paintings are framed.

It really depends on the commission. What size are you looking at; what medium (digital or traditional media: pencil, pastel, watercolor); how complicated is the project? That’s why it’s important for us to have a conversation about what you want and the story behind the project. The best part for me is when we get to spitball ideas.
-
Just like the price, that all depends: how large is the piece? How complicated is it? Do I need to do a lot of research to find material for sources? If you have a pressing deadline, let me know and I will do my level best to meet it if I can. (If I can’t, then I will let you know.)
-
Yeah! What a great idea! I will create a custom gift certificate for a print or to go towards a commission for you to give the lucky person.

You received a damaged print in the mail
Please let me know and I will address the issue with the print company. They will send you another print, free of charge.
You changed your mind and don’t want the print, or selected the wrong one
Prints are outsourced to a company that prints and ships for me. If you order a print and then need to change it or cancel it, you need to do so before they start to print it. (They start working on it very quickly, so you need to address the situation as soon as possible.)
Email to info@theprintspace.co.uk and head to their website https://www.theprintspace.com/ to start a chat.
Also, contact me and I will do my best from my end to stop the order.

It depends on how far we are into the process. After we discuss the project, I will create a (fairly) simple sketch and layout of the piece and get your feedback on it. We might go back and forth to make sure that we are on the right page with each other. Once we agree, I’ll have you initial the piece as evidence and request a 50% deposit. Once we’ve made it past that step, I can’t give a refund.
